Living With Bipolar | 18-30 Group

Being able to connect through shared experiences is an important part of building a supportive community. The Living with Bipolar 18-30 Group offers a space specifically for those within the ages of 18-30 who are living with bipolar to better connect with others in similar stages of life.

Meetings are held in person on the University of Edinburgh campus and welcome all younger people with lived experience of bipolar (that means whether you have a diagnosis of a mood disorder or else you believe that you might have an undiagnosed mood disorder).

Find details about the next meeting on our What's On page and stay up to date by joining our mailing list for meeting reminders and our monthly newsletter.

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for everyone, so we ask that you please watch our Comfort Agreement video before attending.

We hope to see you at a meeting soon!
