Lothian Bipolar Group | All Ages Group Support

Group support meetings are a great way to learn more about bipolar disorder and meet others with shared experiences. The meeting format follows a guest speaker invited to speak on topics related to bipolar, such as tips and strategies for wellness management followed by an opportunity to mix and chat over tea and coffee. The group is welcome to all affected by bipolar, including family and friends. Available to join in person or online.

We are an on-line group which offers a safe and confidential space for any carer who may be experiencing challenges living with or caring for someone with bipolar disorder. Meetings are held on Zoom, normally on the last Tuesday of the month. To find out when the next dates are, you can sign up for the newsletter and we'll keep you updated on all future events. Otherwise, check out the 'What's On' section of the website.

Lothian Bipolar Group | 18-30 Group Support

We welcome younger people with lived experience of bipolar (that means whether you have a diagnosis of a mood disorder or else you believe that you might have an undiagnosed mood disorder). Why not pop along and find out more? There's no pressure to register, but if you think you might want to attend, please feel free to add yourself to the RSVP list so we have an idea of how many people might show.
