Sketching Workshop
Our sketching workshops are led by artists Peter and Jenni, both of whom have bipolar, and open to any skill level. Sessions are held at the Salisbury Centre on Fridays. Sessions are relaxed and supportive, with the focus on enjoying the process of looking and drawing. A sketching starter pack including pen and sketchbook will be provided. Come enjoy a chance to make art and spend time with others in the bipolar community.

Writing Workshop
Creative writing can be an effective method of self-care and relevant for anyone with lived experience of bipolar. Keeping a diary, telling stories, or countless other applications can all help with de-stressing. Our FREE creative writing workshops are led by local author, Mark Fleming. Mark himself has written extensively about his own bipolar, having published a memoir, and blogs about mental health.

Wellness Workshop
Led by a trainer with extensive experience in self-managing bipolar and helping others find personalised strategies that work best for them. We explore tools to support our personal well-being, looking at personal triggers and early warning signs of relapse, and develop action plans to reduce the negative impact bipolar can have on our lives. It is a wonderful opportunity to share self-management journeys in a supportive and inclusive environment.
