Join our monthly Cuppa & Chat event to make new connections, find peer support, and build community with others living with bipolar.

Cuppa & Chat | Bipolar Edinburgh Monthly Social Event
Bipolar Edinburgh hosts monthly Cuppa & Chat events that can offer a relaxed and casual opportunity to come together to enjoy a cuppa and some friendly chat with others living with bipolar.
The event is held every 3rd Wednesday of the month. We meet at independently run coffee shops around the city, but most often at Cafe Saints, a social enterprise run by the Grassmarket Community Project. Anyone affected by bipolar is welcome, including friends, family, and carers.
Peer support and connection with others are important parts of managing our lives with bipolar. If attending a group meeting can feel like too much pressure, consider joining our Cuppa & Chat event for a more informal way to spend time getting to know others in the community. Because sometimes the most meaningful support comes from simply spending time with people who understand.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, have been living with bipolar for many years, or simply want to meet others who understand, we hope you can find a welcoming space for you at our Cuppa & Chat event.
Visit our Social Events page to find more information or to sign up for the next event.
