Research opportunity: Are you living with type 2 bipolar and having trouble sleeping? If so, you may be able to get involved in the ‘DIGIT-B Study’ which is led by a team at the University of Oxford. They are investigating whether a digital intervention can improve mood, sleep and activity.
This research will be conducted virtually, with the main study lasting 12 weeks, after which you will be contacted again in 3 months to provide follow-up information.
If you have a bipolar 2 diagnosis, are between the ages of 18-65 and wish to take part in the study you will need to complete a pre-screening survey The DIGIT-B study team will then contact you to let you know if you are eligible to participate.
