About the event
Please meet us at 2pm at the East Gate for a stroll around the Botanical Gardens.
You will be greeted by a facilitator who will be wearing a Bipolar Edinburgh lanyard.
We'll stop for a cuppa and a chat in The Terrace Cafe around 3 pm.
