About the event
Please gather in the reception area of Ainslie Park Leisure Centre at 2.30 pm, where one of our facilitators will welcome you. The facilitator who will be wearing a lanyard with their name and our logo is authorised to take a maximum of five people for a swim or gym session at the greatly reduced rate of £2 per person.
NB: Bipolar Edinburgh will pay the £2 entry fee. Edinburgh Leisure does not accept cash, so please bring a £1 coin for the locker.
Timetable:
2.30 pm - 3.30 pm: choice of swim or gym
3.30 pm - 4 pm: coffee & chat in the centre's cafe.
