Introduction & Welcome

If you've not been to a bipolar group meeting before, then please join us at 6:50 immediately prior to the all-ages group meeting where you will be welcomed by a welcome buddy and given a brief introduction to how things work and what we offer. 

If you wish, you can then enjoy our monthly meeting which starts immediately afterwards at 7:10 where the format is that we normally have a guest speaker talking about a topic that's bipolar-related, then we mix and chat for a while over tea and coffee at the marvellous Melting Pot. 

This month's speaker is Arlene Astley, Operations and Development Manager with Advocard.  Arlene will be updating us on on the recent changes to welfare benefits such as Personal Independence Payment (PIP). 

Don't worry: If you sign up for this introduction & welcome, you are most welcome to stay for the main event - no need to RSVP seperately!
