Introduction & Welcome

If you've not been to a bipolar group meeting before, please join us at 6:45 immediately before the all-ages group meeting, where you will be welcomed by a welcome buddy and given a brief introduction to how things work and what we offer. 

If you wish, you can then enjoy our monthly meeting which starts immediately afterwards at 7:10 where the format is that we normally have a guest speaker talking about a topic that's bipolar-related, then we mix and chat for a while over tea and coffee. 

You are very welcome to stay on for the main meeting, no need to RSVP separately! This month's speaker:   Arlene Astley, Operations & Development Manager, Advocard. Arlene will be giving us an update on welfare benefits.

Please read our Comfort Agreement which is in place to make sure everyone has a safe and comfortable space to share personal experiences.
