Bipolar Blether from Bipolar Scotland

This will be our Christmas online get together, and we do hope that you can join us and wear a bright jumper or t-shirt to celebrate the season! We do recognise that this time of year can be difficult, but hopefully this session will give you something to look forward to- and connect with your peers. 

I hope you have had a good month. If you fancy some support from your peers, or just a good Blether please join us for the next online Bipolar Blether on Sunday, the 1st of December at 3pm.

For those who may be joining us for the first time, please feel very welcome to the group. We usually go around the group and ask how people are doing so please feel free to contribute. We also like to encourage group members to support each other by giving their peers any good tips for general wellbeing and wellness. 

We will be taking down notes on themes that emerge in our discussions, as this proves helpful to summarise at the end. And of course, as it's Christmas themed, please come armed with your tips for coping over the Christmas period.
