The format of this hybrid meeting is that we normally have a guest speaker talking about a topic that's bipolar-related, then for those attending in-person, we mix and chat for a while over tea and coffee  Please feel free to stay for a chat on Zoom, meeting finishes by 8.45pm. 

If you're new to Bipolar Edinburgh and are joining us via Zoom for the first time, then please feel free to email us at info@bipolaredinburgh.org.uk and we can arrange an optional 10-minute welcome and introduction session over Zoom with you where we can answer any questions you might have.
