The format of this hybrid meeting is that we normally have a guest speaker talking about a topic that's bipolar-related, then for those attending in-person, we mix and chat for a while over tea and coffee at The Melting Pot.  Please feel free to stay for a chat on Zoom, meeting finishes by 8.45pm.
