About the event
This month, we will be joined by Lead Clinical Pharmacist at The Royal Edinburgh Hospital, Paul Maguiness, along with Specialist Pharmacists Jennifer Falconer and Morven Forsyth, who will deliver a presentation on types of medication used in the treatment of Bipolar.
This is a hybrid meeting, allowing attendees to join us at the Edinburgh Training & Conference Venue, 16 St. Mary's Street, Edinburgh EH1 1SU or online via Zoom. The meeting is for everyone affected by bipolar, including family, friends, and carers.
The meeting provides a safe, confidential space to access peer support and learn new ways of managing bipolar, including sharing our personal experiences. We usually have either a speaker or a group discussion at the beginning of the meeting on a topic related to bipolar, followed by a chat over a hot drink and biscuits. The meeting finishes at 8.45 pm.
Please watch our Comfort Agreement, which is in place to ensure everyone has a safe, comfortable space to share personal experiences.
NB: Please do not attend the venue if you have symptoms of COVID-19.
