About the event
This is a hybrid meeting giving you the choice to either join us in-person at the Edinburgh Training & Conference Venue, 16 St. Mary’s Street, Edinburgh EH1 1SU or you can go back to RSVP on the Zoom link registration for joining online. You'll then receive an email with the link.

The meeting is for everyone affected by bipolar including carers, family, and friends.
This month's speaker: Consultant Psychiatrist Dr. John Ferguson from Edinburgh Adult Psychiatry will be speaking about Bipolar and ADHD.
NB: If you are attending in person for the first time, then please feel free to come early at 6:50pm. We are happy to chat through things and give you some literature if that's helpful.
The meeting provides a safe confidential space to access peer support and learn new ways of managing bipolar including sharing our personal experiences. We normally have a guest speaker at the beginning of the meeting talking about a topic relating to bipolar then have a chat over tea and coffee. The meeting finishes at 8:30pm. Please feel free to stay on Zoom for a chat after the speaker finishes!
