Join group members at Drumbrae Leisure Centre for a swim or gym session followed by refreshments in the Centre cafe. Meet in reception by 10.30am.
10.30am - 11.30am: gym
11.30am - 12pm: refreshments & chat

*Bipolar Edinburgh are affiliated to Edinburgh Leisure through their Community Access Programme which means that group members can join our ELCAP volunteers at low cost activity sessions. The total number of attendees accessng low-cost entry is currently set at 5.
